2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner has 17 criminal antecedents, it appears that he has known criminal of the society.

4. Considering the several criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. The District Judge, Madhubani is directed to transfer the trial of all the cases against the petitioner in a particular court and get the trial of the cases expedited.
