Gone through the order impugned wherefrom it is evident that petitioner who happens to be judgment debtor is adamant to defeat the process of the Court on one pretext or the other even after having been unsuccessful up to second appeal. The aggrieved, if any, may come up before the Court and for that special provision is there but, the prayer of the petitioner in the aforesaid background, posing himself to defend the interest of others and further, to put hurdle on that very pretext is found non appreciable.

Petition is rejected.
