The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 545 of 2019 arising out of Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016, registered under Sections 304B, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by burning within four years of marriage. Submission is that petitioner is the husband of the deceased-daughter of the informant and the deceased committed suicide by burning herself at her matrimonial house, but, with ulterior motive petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2018. Further,
