Petitioner seeks bail in Musarigharari P.S.Case No. 55 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,304B,34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner committed torture and thereafter caused death of informant's daughter due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and is separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased. There is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Samastipur in Musarigharari P.
