That this application is for issuance of appropriate writ/writs by commanding the Respondents to grant pension in old scheme and the consequential monetary benefits and payment of arrears of salary from 9.11.1999/11.12.1999 (Annexure-2) on which juniors to the Petitioner as per the Panel made in 1997 (Annexure-1) has been appointed permanently leaving aside the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
