BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA CWJC No. 7908 of 2016 Petitioner :Shyam Karan Mahto Respondent :The State of Bihar & Ors Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation as also the State are present. Sri Akhileshwar Prasad Singh, Additional Municipal Commissioner is also present.

In his presence, learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation informs that the admitted dues of the petitioner have already been paid and whatever be other dues are there as per the petitioner, he may represent in this regard to Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation (respondent no.3) and a well reasoned decision on the representation of the petitioner shall be communicated to him within a period of three months from the date of submission of the representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees with the submissions made on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation.

As agreed between the parties, the matter is settled in terms of the submissions of the learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation in presence of Sri Akhileshwar Prasad Singh.

Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation agrees that whatever dues will be found for payment on such representation shall also be paid within the said period.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
