JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-07-2024 This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 21.11.2019 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, in C.R. Case No. 443 of 2017 by which cognizance has been taken for offences under Section 138 of the N.T. Act.

2. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 has submitted that in the trial, all witnesses have been examined.
