Mr. Girish Pandey, learned counsel for the State Election Commission appears to submit that by passing of the final order on the Election Petition No. 11 of 2011 which has been questioned by the petitioner in C.W.J.C.No.12739 of 2015 this matter has been rendered infructuous. He submits that the election petition unseating the petitioner has been finally disposed of on 30.7.2014. In view of the submissions made by Mr. Pandey, this application is disposed of as having become infructuous. (Jyoti Saran, J) Bibhash/- U
