BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA CWJC No. 8422 of 2016 Petitioner :Anita Kumari Respondent :The State of Bihar & Ors Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State are present.

Learned counsel for the petitioner refers Annexure-4 to the writ application and submits that in terms of the same her representation should have been considered by the State.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has not received any instruction in the matter and there is no counter affidavit on behalf of the State, but whatever be there, the representation of the petitioner shall certainly be considered and disposed of by the competent authority in accordance with law within a period of two months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to this seeking liberty to challenge the order, if aggrieved, in accordance with law. There is no objection to the same.

The matter is disposed of accordingly with the consent of the parties. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
