The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners in connection with Complaint Case No. 601C of 2014 pending before Sri L. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
