The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in the present case against the petitioner is regarding the victim girl having gone with the petitioner to Mumbai and thereafter it appears that they had stayed there for sometime and then the victim girl had returned back to Gaya. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim girl is major and she was a consenting party and thereafter she roamed with the petitioner herein and had voluntarily returned back to her village. Per contra, the learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Aurangabad in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018.
