JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected twice by this Court. Vide order dated 17.11.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that the case is running for defence argument.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
