There are some very serious allegations which have come against the petitioner, which is evident from reading of Annexure-4. In matters of such kind, nothing less than conclusion of the departmental proceeding on due haste and priority is required. A suspension order, therefore, is not required to be revoked. However, the disciplinary authority and the enquiry officer is directed to expedite conclusion of the departmental proceeding with due cooperation of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2093 of 2015 dt.05-02-2015 2/2 petitioner within a reasonable time. The action for interference with the impugned order does not arise at this stage.

Writ application is dismissed.
