JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the point of pistol, demand of extortion was made and when the complainant made protest, he was assaulted and Rs. 5,500/- were snatched from the cash-box of the shop of the complainant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for initial occurrence of 15.06.2013, the complaint was fled on 18.06.2013 when petitioner's side filed Complaint Case No. 2320 of 2012 against the witnesses of the present complaint at earlier point of time.

No.3412 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with C.R. No. 1112 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
