2. This modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20862 of 2025.

3. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 01.05.2025 in case of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. However, on account of medical reason, the petitioner could not surrender within stipulated period of eight weeks. Hence, he is seeking modification in the stipulated time for surrender before the court below by giving further eight weeks'

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application is allowed and additional eight weeks from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and furnish bail bonds in terms of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20862 of 2025.

5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
