The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners were making construction on the Government land, for which notices were issued for removing encroachment.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that on 27.10.2014 the notices were issued and on the same day the present First Information Report was registered. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10501 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupari P.S. Case No. 325 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
