2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 12.01.2016 passed in CWJC No. 5491 of 2014 .
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party-Chief Manager, Indian Bank, Patna Main Branch, Annexure-R/1 whereof being an order dated 21.08.2017 discloses that payment of the admitted dues has been made by the Bank which has been acknowledged by the petitioner vide Annexure-R/3 and thus it is

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 2322 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case it is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, it may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
