JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH) Date : 18-07-2022 Mr. Sumit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the respondent-Bank of India for release of the loan amount as sanctioned by the Bank. He submitted that since certain objections were raised by the Bank in respect of release of sanctioned amount, the petitioners would try to meet those objections and file a representation in that regard before the respondent no.5.

Mr. Rupak Kumar, learned counsel for the Bank of India submitted that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the writ petition by the petitioners and in case any representation by the petitioners would be made before the Bank with respect to the reliefs prayed for in the present application, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed of by a reasoned order. With consent of the parties, the application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-Bank by way of filing a comprehensive representation before the respondent no.5 in respect of the reliefs prayed for in the present application. In case, such a representation is filed with a certified copy of the order of the Court, the respondent no.5 shall be required to consider and
