2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 126/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act .
3. There is recovery of 25.920 litres of illicit liquor.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing incriminating have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Court No. 1, Buxar / concerned court in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 126/2024.
6. The petitioners are directed to mark their attendance in Buxar (Industrial Area) police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
