Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 16.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21762 of 2017 and allegation against the petitioner is of defalcating money of Rs.14 crore and 47 lac.. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that up till now only the charge has been framed though there was direction to expedite the trial and the petitioner is an employee of the same. He is ready to co-operate in the trial. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34997 of 2018 (4) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 3rd, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with C.R. Case No.421 of 2010 Tr. No.280 of 2018 with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
