Alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 07-03-2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2649 of 2016 (Annexure-1) the present contempt application has been filed. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that order dated 06-12-2022 (Annexure-B to the show cause filed on
Patna High Court MJC No.2829 of 2019(4) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 behalf of the opposite party Nos.1 & 2) has been passed by the authorities in compliance of the writ Court's order. In view of the substantial compliance, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the contempt proceedings. Petitioner's counsel, however, submits that the order does not take care of the petitioner's grievance, the petitioner, therefore, may assail the order in appropriate proceedings.
