The learned trial court has reported that the prosecution case was closed on 30.01.2018 but on 27.02.2018, a petition was filed on behalf of the defense for recall of order dated 30.01.2018 and the aforesaid peetition is still pending for disposal. The petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected several times by this court. Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 189 of 2014, pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Munger stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of Sessions Trial No. 58 of 2016 within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
