JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-01-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.438 of 2005 registered under Section 409, 420 read with 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
2. On perusal of the first information report as contained in annexure-2 to this application, I find that the ingredients of the offence alleged are clearly attracted in the present case.
