JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.6.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 16101 of 2019 by which petitioner was directed to surrender on 4.7.2019 and informant was also directed to appear in the court on that day. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the order reached later, as such he could not appear on that day, as such further time may be granted to the petitioner to appear in the court. Learned counsel for opposite party No.2 is present and he has submitted that his client has taken away the file from him.

Heard learned APP also.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 24.6.2019 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45940 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 modified to the extent that petitioner is directed to appear in court on 19.8.2019, on that day opposite party No.2 shall also remain present in court and this order will communicate by learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 to his client and learned counsel for the petitioner also undertakes to inform her about this order and other part of the order shall remain intact. This application is, accordingly, allowed.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
