The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and added Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the stolen motorcycle was recovered and the name of the petitioner has come in the crime and the papers of the stolen vehicle have also been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is incarceration since 03.06.2023 and has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

No.52283 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023.

The petitioner will visit Pusa Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
