2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Two persons were caught riding a stolen vehicle. The petitioner was not one of them. The petitioner is in jail since 03.01.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56625 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM, 1st Class, Court No. 4, Buxar/concerned Court in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024.

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Buxar (Town) Police Station, District-Buxar on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
