2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 425 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354(B), 354(D), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, when the daughter of the informant was going to attend coaching class, the petitioner came there and started teasing her. Thereafter, the petitioner started making filthy comments on her and pressurize her for marriage.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56259 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 09.05.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 425 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) If the petitioner is involved in any other cases of similar nature in future, except the present one, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
