Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402,414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. From physical possession of the petitioner, a cartridge was recovered, whereas from vehicle on which the petitioner and others were travelling, a country made pistol was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and co-accused Ramesh Kumar, who was also travelling in the same vehicle, has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-4. No.47249 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebpur Kamal Police Station Case No.90 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
