2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022 registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have had sexual intercourse with the victim because of which she has become pregnant also. The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
