JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently against the order dated 01.08.2022 passed by the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Children's Court, Motihari, East Champaran, the instant criminal revision has been filed but office has pointed out that only appeal under Section 101(5) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act is maintainable against the impugned order.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert the present criminal revision petition into criminal appeal.
