====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. By the impugned order dated 03.12.2013, the learned Sub Judge VI, Hajipur at Vaishali has only allowed the pre trial amendment application in title Suit No.635 of 2012. Admittedly, on the date of order, trial had not commenced. From perusal of the amendment application, it appears that the plaintiff prayed for amendment in the plaint to the effect that the Laddabhi deed executed by mother of Gangjali Devi is illegal and not binding. Since the amendment is pre trial amendment, there is no question of prejudice to the petitioner arises. Thus, no case in interference in supervisory jurisdiction is made out. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
