JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents. The only grievance of the petitioner is that he was superannuated on 30.09.2014 from the post of senior lecturer of M.P. Sinha Science College, Muzaffarpur but up till now, his Earned Leave, Gratuity and Group Insurance have not been paid to him.
In my view, this petition can be disposed of on admission stage itself directing the respondent no. 2 and 6 to
Patna High Court CWJC No.5743 of 2016 (3) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 ensure the payment of admitted dues of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
