23-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Earlier thrice, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide orders available at Annexure 1 series. On the last occasion, vide order dated 17.04.2021, a report regarding stage of the case was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. On perusal of the same, it appears that the case is pending for argument.

Considering the progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2018, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably; within a period of six months from today.
