2. Petitioners have inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.18313 of 2021(4) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 commanding the respondents to ensure distribution of Grant-in-Aid given by the State strictly as per guidelines issued from respondent -State from time to time and consequent benefits flowing from said direction and for any other/further reliefs for which petitioners are entitled for in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. In view of the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioners may approach the Director, Higher Education, Bihar for redressal of their grievance.
