After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ application to enable him to move before the State Appellate Authority (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') against the order impugned dated 25.01.2016 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai in Appeal Case No. 11 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
