====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 30-11-2022 The instant petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for deliberately and wilfully not complying with the order dated 11.08.2015, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 15097 of 2012, titled as Mani Bal Vidyalya & Ors. Vs. The Union of India & Ors.

The petition was disposed of without adjudicating the rights of the parties. Petitioners were directed to represent to the authorities for consideration of their grievances.

Also, the order in terms thereof stands passed. As such, it cannot be said that the respondents are in contempt, much less wilful.

As such, the present petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to agitate the grievances, should the need so arise.
