2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 324, 307, 326/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted father of the informant with sword. Doctor has found injury simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.05.2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the nature of injury and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
