Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajepur P. S. case no. 179/2014 registered under section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners being Mukhiyas of different villages purchased solar light but it came to light that they purchased solar light from a firm which was not authorized by the government. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14866 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Rajepur P. S. case no. 179/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
