The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 21.2.2009 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 127 of 2008 on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C.

The application stands disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, he is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34299 of 2014 dt.03-02-2016 2/2 to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 127 of 2008, to the Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura, and the Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
