Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P. S. case no. 168/2014 registered under sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is lady and no specific overt-act has been attributed against her and moreover, parties have already compromised the matter.
Taking into consideration the above stated facts, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14864 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Chandraveer Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/concerned court in Uchakagaon P. S. case no. 168/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
