Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 332 of 2022 lodged under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 4 unknown accused persons against whom the allegation of snatching Rs.10,000/- cash, samsung tab and Realme mobile are there.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51509 of 2022(2) dt.25-11-2022 2/2 27.06.2022 and charge sheet has already been filed and there is one case pending against him in which he is persuading for bail. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the recovery of looted mobile has been made on the instance of the petitioner by which it transpires that there is clean involvement of the present petitioner in the said case.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
