Petitioner is in custody in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offence under sections 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was not named in the FIR. The allegation against this petitioner is of demand of Rangdari The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is in custody since 18.3.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47829 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be elected representative of the local body.
