Perused the impugned order by which it appears that the court below has allowed the prayer of the applicant for correcting the provision of law in the petition on the basis of which Miscellaneous Case No. 24 of 2012 has been decided. After perusal of the petition and the impugned order as also the materials on record, this Court does not find that any illegality or material irregularity has been committed by the court below in passing the impugned order.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
