Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kurtha P. S. case no. 181/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he gave hammer blow on the head of the informant whereas co-accused Ibnan assaulted the informant by means of lathi. The impugned order reveals that both aforesaid injuries were found simple in nature. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court of Sri Navin Kumar Thakur, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad/concerned court in connection with Kurtha P. S. case no. 181/2014 within four weeks from today and seek regular bail and if the petitioner does so, the concerned court shall pass appropriate order on regular bail
