Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks from the date of restoration of normalcy. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 3258 of 2018, G.R. No. 2170/2018 registered under Sections 328, 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons is of committing torture and assault and thereafter caused death of the victim due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application. This is

I find no ground for interfering with the earlier order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-1 to the present application.

The present application stands rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders in the Court below and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and may be disposed of preferably on the same day taking into account that the petitioner is lady.
