The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 119 of 2016 filed by the opposite party under Section 13(i) (a) and (b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending in the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset states that the present petition need not be pursued any longer as the judgment in the subject Matrimonial Case No. 119 of 2016 has now been passed.
