The present Civil Review No. 150 of 2021 was

Patna High Court C. REV. No.150 of 2021 dt.26-06-2024 2/3 presented on 23.09.2021. There is a delay of about more than four years. On the other hand, in paragraph No.1 of I.A. No. 01 of 2024 for condonation of delay, it is stated as under:- "1. That this interlocutory application is being filed for condonation of delay of about 2 years 7 months 13 days in filing the present civil review application for review of the judgment and order dated 04.07.2017 passed by the then Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Patna High Court sitting with the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay in L.P.A. No. 2095 of 2016".

3. Factually, there is a error in mentioning 02 years 07 months and 13 days delay in filing Civil Review. Be that as it may, there is enormous delay of more than four years. Sufficient cause has not been shown so as to condone the enormous delay of about four years and few days.

4. Accordingly, I.A. No. 01 of 2024 in filing Civil Review No. 150 of 2021 is bereft of material
