2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the co-accused, Josheph Kujoor (the then Branch Manager) by making forged documents made forged transactions of Rs. 15,55,000/- (fifteen lac and fifty thousand) and transferred to the account of the petitioner as well as other co-accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of two forged documents made forged transactions by Josheph Kujoor. He further submits that the money taken and given by the petitioner as a loan has been returned to the co-accused Josheph Kujoor.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the following condition: (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on
