Today, this Court has disposed of one such writ petition being CWJC No. 4474 of 2016. There is agreement at Bar that the present case is also covered by the said order. Accordingly, the present writ petition is also disposed of directing the District Education Officer, Gaya (respondent no.4) to consider and grant the claim of the petitioner for payment of leave encashment amount within 06 weeks from the date of filing of a representation by the petitioner, annexing therewith a copy of the order passed in CWJC No. 4474 of 2016 as
