Patna High Court LPA No.1528 of 2016 dt.04-08-2017 2/2 by a detailed order passed on 23.3.2017 in L.P.A. No.1391 of 2014, 1395 of 2014, 1396 of 2014, 6709 of 2014 and 1394 of 2014. Keeping in view the aforesaid order passed and finding no reason to interfere into the matter, this appeal is also disposed of in terms of the said order. The terms and conditions of the said order shall be applicable in this case also.
